The QRMS Records Management System is a comprehensive records management program that can be utilized by all levels of government as well as private businesses.

The QRMS Records Management System:

• Identifies Files/Volumes/supplementals/Offsite codes/Boxes and Correspondence that are required to be brought forward and it automatically notifies you which Bring Forward items are due.
• Enables you to have transaction auditing, in order to track who did what, when for workload and capacity planning
• Allows you to use Bar Codes to speed up various processes
• Produces reports which can be used by color labeling packages such as TabQuick to generate color coded labels.

Implemented together with the optional Data Control and Transfer modules for multiple LAN systems or on a corporate Client/Server, QRMS provides a flexible growth path for implementing a records management system for either small to medium size business or large corporate wide systems for public agencies or large businesses.

Single User (non-LAN) QRMS can be purchased as a single user non-LAN system.

LAN Multi-user Access QRMS can be purchased as a LAN based system with multi-user access.

The QRMS LAN based system will run on any network including Novell, Windows NT, Banyan Vines, OS/2.
