QRMS QUEST Support Centralized out of Edmonton! As of April 2004, the QRMS QUEST Support Service has become centralized out of our Edmonton office. For all support inquiries call us toll free at: 866-701-QRMS (7767). OA Solutions new location in Vancouver As of April 16th, 2004, the OA Solutions office in Burnaby, B.C. moved to a new location. Our new building is located now in Downtown Vancouver at #800 - 750 West Pender Street. All our phone numbers remain the same. Upgrade Versions of QRMS and QUEST QRMS Version 6.11.41 and QUEST Version 1.00.88 are now available for downloading. Only Clients with a Maintenance Agreement will have access to download the free upgrade. To download the upgrade, go to the Client's Area and logon. All other Clients contact QRMSSupport@OASolutions.ca with your Serial Number, located at the start screen of QRMS and QUEST.
