Serial # and Version Information
Record the Serial Number and Version of the system you are using:
NOTE 1 - If the support request pertains to installing or you can't run QUEST, to see what version you have, just record the Version Number from the CD ROM in the paste information from the clipboard section.
NOTE 2
- If you're faxing the information, follow the instructions for cutting and pasting Version information from the clipboard but paste it into a word processing document and print it instead. Fill out the remaining information and then fax it along with your serial number and version to QRMS.

  1. Start QUEST and click on the HELP menu option.

  2. Click ABOUT.

  3. Click on the VERSIONS tab at the bottom of the window.

  4. Click on to copy the information to the clipboard. 

  5. Paste it into the section below.

  5. Record the Version information in the appropriate section below.

If you received an error message, record word for word what the error message was - (Hint, hit print screen while the message is on the screen, open a word processing document and paste the picture into it.
