QWeb - the web based browser for QRMS Version 6 |

QWeb will allow your users to browse your records inventories over the Internet or corporate Intranet. Just think of it, all users within your organization will have access to search your records without having to purchase Access Licenses or load the software on their individual client machines. You can also browse the data stored in multiple QRMS Version 6 systems. For example, your head office is located in Victoria, BC but you have branches running separate QRMS systems in Cranbrook, Vernon, Kamloops and Vancouver. As long as each of your sites have a web server, then from any office, you can browse the files from any of the other offices. Upgrade for QRMS Version 6 now available |

| The latest version of QRMS
Version 6 can now be downloaded from our web site at www.qrms.com.
What does this upgrade contain? Consolidator Module The QRMS Consolidator is intended to allow QRMS data from several remote sites running QRMS (stand alone or LAN version) to be consolidated into a single master database at a central location. This Consolidated Database can then be queried on over the web. The Consolidated database is based on OracleŽ databases (but could be configured for any type of Database Management System). The QRMS Consolidator is currently in beta testing at the Ministry of Forests, British Columbia Provincial Government. QRMS Version 7 now in development |

to announce that QRMS Version 7 is now in development!
What will be new in QRMS Version 7? QRMS Version 7 can be connected to any Database Management System (DBMS) including OracleŽ, SQL ServerŽ and InterBaseŽ. Interbase will be included free with the software or the client can provide their own licenses for running QRMS Version 7 on Oracle or SQL Server (or any other DBMS). The number of records that can be entered in Version 7 will be limited only by the DBMS used and available storage (i.e. the number of record the DBMS can accommodate and the amount of storage space on your server). QRMS Version 7 is a flexible program that will include such features as user defined terminology and a multi-level hierarchial structure (i.e. Primaries, Secondaries and true Tertiaries will be available if required). As well, users will be able to include additional levels if more are required. QRMS Version 7 will support some electronic document management functions, and will provide links to other EDMS systems. QRMS Version 7 will have a web component that will allow any of your users with a web browser to do browsing, searching and reporting! QRMS Version 7 will include all the features of QRMS Version 6 and too many new ones more to list them all here! Keep checking our web site for the latest on the development of this version. QRMS Training options that are now available |

supplement our standard QRMS training services, we have arranged to give
night class courses in QRMS at Camosun College in Victoria, British
Columbia.
Currently QRMS offers multiple levels of training on both client sites and at selected QRMS training centres. It is hoped that night class training at Camosun will the be first of many such offerings at various adult education institutes, colleges and universities. |

Now, find more of your questions on-line! In order to access the QRMS on-line knowledge base, you will be required to enter a User ID and password. You can create your own User ID and password, by entering the serial # of your software and a site identifier for your organization that will confirm your access privileges.
